beach skills camps MAY 19 & July 6
We would like to invite you to participate in the Morehead State Elite Beach Volleyball Camp. This camp will be limited to 24 campers to ensure the quality of individualized instruction. We will be training this group as if our MSU team were in preseason preparing for the upcoming 2018-19 schedule. We want to give those athletes that are ready for the next level an opportunity to train in a Division I environment. Elite Campers will use the MSU Eagles locker room to prepare for practices as well as the MSU video room to analyze and evaluate individual technique. We will also be training leadership and team building skills utilizing our state of the art on campus ropes course. Participants will learn growing as a complete athlete enhancing the mental and emotional aspects of personal development. This is a unique opportunity for those looking to take their game to the next level.
Beach Elite camp june 28-30
Camp Details
Our one day camps will provide a focused and fun opportunity to improve your skills, or discover the great game of Beach Volleyball. Topics covered will include serving, passing, attacking, blocking, body positioning, ball control, offensive technique, strategies of the game, and competition. Consider joining us for both days as the drill progressions will vary between camps. This is an excellent opportunity for athletes attending our team camp to come a day early or stay a day later to spend a day in the sand for a little cross training.
